nice, hearty, warm breakfast. whatever the caf serves, i'm gonna eat half the carbs (no white carbs!)
and i'm also gonna pack/freeze a bunch of grapes and melons for lunch and dinner.
Oh... and a huge salad for lunch... because i LOVE salad.
